The Pisan Mountain, now commonly called "Pisan Mountains" understood as
the whole extent of the mountainous system, is in Tuscan, and seems put to
divide a plain and two town, Pisa and Lucca, they are touched by two rivers,
the Serchio, and Arno. |

The mountains are easily scourable, principally for their little
extent, thanks to the present road net, we can easily make the a turn of the mountains, cross them thanks
to a gallery, in fact a present
tunnel really under the border between two provinces (PI-LU), or coming
above the mount Serra leaving from Calci and arriving to Buti or S.
Andrea of Compito, and/or vice versa, and still different other roads. The
zone of the mountains is also to motorway range, the next exits to reach
them are, on the A12 the exit "North Pisa" to Migliarino; and on the
A11, to Lucca, the exit "Lucca" |

The countries which are in the mountains can be
easily reached thanks to the present roads net, depicted to side.
Besides these exist a net of cartways used for the fire fighting
service, and paths they make scourable, with the due attentions, and
preferably on foot, the mountains, fully tasting the views, which
they, even if the group is of modest height, can offer, furthermore
the various environments which characterize them.
